I am assuming that you want to use the https://developers.lseg.com/en/api-catalog/lseg-data-platform/lseg-data-library-for-python on the cloud.

If so, the library supports the Platform Session which connect and consume data from the Delivery Platform (aka Data Platform, aka RDP APIs) which is a cloud connection.

Please note that you need the RDP credential. The RDP credential and permission sets are difference from the Workspace.
