Advanced filling

I am experiencing an issue with the Advanced Filings function in LSEG Workspace.

I have added all the companies into my Monitor, but when I try to search or filter filings within the Monitor, the system shows “no data was return.” I would like to confirm whether this is due to a missing step on my side or if it may be a system-related issue.

Could you tell me how to deal with this problem?
