How do you pull data for entire balance sheet and the financial statements for a stock

How do you pull financial statement, balance sheet data for individual companies, i.e. stocks. So, if I pick a random company like Google.
How do you pull data for their balance sheet, I want to be able to pull the balance sheet data, in python

Just need an example, so I can pull the entire balance sheet and financial statements (entire balance sheet and the financial statements)

Please advise the user to start from the LSEG Data Library for Python. The library will allow user to extract the individual balance sheet and financial statement data points. The user will have to use the Data Item Browser in LSEG Workspace to research which financial data field is useful for their purpose.

There are two direct examples which a user can use. First is the Balance Sheet Excel example which contains all the formulas - which a user can convert to Python code using RD library. The conversion is quite simple, since all the parameters for API call are included in the Excel formula. To access Balance sheet example, Click on Workspace tab and select Templates and filter for Balance Sheet as shown in the screenshot -

The second option is to take a look at Discounted Cash Flow example from CodeBook. It is available in the directory _Examples_/05. Equity Research/ and includes a lot of Balance Sheet fields.
