Do we have any API library where we can pull all the data items/fields available on Workspace?

I am also interested to know if we have options to filter by various categories that is available in DIB tool under Filters.

Yes, there are API libraries (Python. .NET, and Typescript that can pull data from Workspace via a desktop session.
