Looks like I do not have pip installed Refinitiv
Do you know the pip install command for this?

During a call client tried this "Offline installation for the LSEG data library for the Python" answer available on the portal (not fully he just copied the script and ran) but didn't seem to be working and he got the below error

Please assist further

It should be lseg.data not refinitiv.data. For example:

import lseg.data as ld
ld.open_session()

ld.get_data(

    universe=['LSEG.L', 'VOD.L'],

    fields=['TR.Revenue']    

)
