I have not updated any packages recently but got this error message suddenly.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I got the same error when calling the ld.open_session() method but the library can connect to the API Data Proxy properly.

Please refer to the Eikon Data API and Refinitiv Data Library - Troubleshooting article to make sure that the API Data Proxy is running properly.
