Hi,
In ( refinitiv.data as rd ), rd.get_history function , the timestamp returned in response is the open time or the close time of the ohlc bar ?
Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Typically, the timestamp from the API is in GMT.
Hi ,
Thank you for your reply …I know the response time is in UTC …but my query is weather the timestamp returned in the response denotes the open time of the candle or the close time of the candle …e.g. if i have timestamp in the data as : 2025-11-27 10:00:00 ….of a particular ohlc bar …so that timestamp denotes the open time or the close time of the bar ?
By default, it is a start period.
startPeriod indicates that the data returned is labelled at the start of summarization period.
You can change its value to the endPeriod by using the historical_pricing interface directly, as mentioned in this discussion.
