Hello @Chaitanya.Vishnubhotla,
You can submit your problem to the development team directly if you suspect that it is EMA bug/non-support feature or improper implementation/configuration in application level via GitHub at
https://github.com/thomsonreuters/Elektron-SDK/issues
Then, click "New issue" button. Hence, you can communicate and follow up with the development team directly.
Referring to the previous thread, you said that you tried to run the Elektron API in Multithreading mode. Is the application a modified version from one of EMA Java's examples? If so, can I get the source code to replicate this problem in my local environment?
Hello again, Does this issue still persist?
Hi
Currently, we are not going in mutithreaded mode. So we are not going deep into the problem. But yes we observed this type of problem is coming quite a few times
Hi @Chaitanya.Vishnubhotla. We did not receive any updates from you for a while. Does the problem still persist in your environment? If so, can we get the source code to replicate this problem in our local environment?
