.Net (C#) Examples of News Analytics, News Sentiment Indices and Real-Time News

I would greatly appreciate if you could be so kind to give me some simple basic examples of source code
in .Net (C#) of how to get News Analytics, News Sentiment Indices and Real-Time News data.
Unfortunately for some reasons we cannot use C++ or Java, only .Net (C#).
