HSBC - Urgent Issues with timeouts in production and Development Environment

Hi, today we are having several issues (timeout) with the transactions that affects our local operation.

The services take more than 40 seconds to response and all the requeriments finish with timeouts.

Please we need to solve this as soon as possible.
