Companies missing data EBITDA

Hello,

I am checking some companies and it seems no EBITDA data is available through the python API.
For the following tickers:
BAC

C
CMA
DWDP.K
GPN
JPM
MAA
PNC
SYF

These items are empty:

TR.EBITDA(Period=FY0)
TR.EBITDAActValue(Period=FY0)
TR.NormalizedEbitda(Period=FY0)

Can you please help me understand why? If companies have reported their values in 10K forms how come eikon doesnt have this data?

    You might want to confirm this with the Thomson Reuters Support Desk as this is a content rather than a functionality question.

    I looked at JPM, they have not yet filed the 10k neither according to our database (JPM FIL) nor to EDGAR for 2017, same with C. So, that is why you are missing estimates for fiscal year 2017 (FY0).
