add a service reference for Datastream Web Service

Hi,

I am getting an error trying to add a service reference for Datastream Web Service to .Net application in VS2017.

As per instructions https://developers.thomsonreuters.com/eikon-apis/datastream-web-service/learning I have entered service URL: http://product.datastream.com/dswsclient/V1/DSService.svc?wsdl

However I get the error "The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required."

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

As discussed offline back in January the issue here was that the Datastream ID was not entitled for Datastream Web Service.
