Not able to call API. Getting "Invalid credentials were supplied" message

We
tried fetching data from Datastream Web Service using Eikon Login credentials.
But "Invalid credentials were supplied. You are not logged in." error
was returned from GetToken function. Do we have to use different credentials for Datastream Web
Service?

As stated in the Datastream Web Service Quick Start Guide, a DSWS user account (Datastream Child ID and password) is required to access Datastream Web Service (DSWS). To obtain DSWS credentials, please contact your Refinitiv account manager.
