Eikon desktop sdk data from local TREP or our platform?

Eikon is open and running under Customer Managed Mode, and we have the permission for /XAUFIXAM= in local TREP, and we can retrieve delayed data in EIKON QUOTE APP.

But when running sdk, RIC XAUFIXAM= return no value, and no error message.

So I actually have 2 questions:

1)Can sdk get the delayed data just like Eikon will do ,when we have no permission for XAUFIXAM= ,but only /XAUFIXAM= .

2)Since eikon is getting the real-time data from local TREP as client is customer managed deploymode, and connecting via private line, should sdk get the real-time data from local TREP as well?

    1. You can use delayed RIC code

    2. You cannot specific source name, such as "Q", etc...

    From my understanding, you cannot use an alternative source.
