Is is possible to retrieve finacial data based on PermIDs via Eikon Data API ?

A client is asking wherever it is possible to retrieve fundamental data via Eikon Data API based on PermIDs instead of RICs as many privat companies don't have a RIC assigned? Here are some examples of where it didn't retrieve data (5069470958, 5040052832, 5000216411)
