How can I find App ID for using Python package with TR Eikon? Where is an Application ID generator/TR Eikon Proxy welcome page? Thanks.
You need to have TR Eikon Scripting Proxy running on the machine. You can download it from Python - TR Eikon Scripting Library (EAP). After that, you can use TR Eikon Scripting Proxy to generate a new application ID. For more information, please refer to the Quick Start.
Unfortunately access to page materials TR Eikon Scripting APIs is closed. Possibly getting access will be available in the future...
This product is still in EAP (Early Access Program) phase with the main aim of validating the APIs. Therefore, it is not available for all clients.
