Product Entitlement - How are they managed?

We seem to be facing the same issue as described here:

The solution seems to be to add CLIENT_WATCHLIST (Or, in our case MEDIA_CHECK) to the product entitlements.

How are these managed?, how do we add this entitlement?

    Thank you for the details.

    In order to get Media Check enabled for your account, please contact your Refinitiv sales representative and they should be able to assist you further with it.

    For the benefit of other users of this forum, the way to manage product entitlements is to go to:

    Log in

    Click Admin -> Groups -> Group Details

    Click "Edit" beside "Product Entitlements"

    Select all checkboxes, and press Save.
