As far as I can see, you're subscribing to the product named Xenith from the company named Metastock. This is a low tier product aimed at retail traders and investors, and it does not include access to any Refinitiv APIs. If you'd like the capability to consume Refinitiv data programmatically, consider a higher tier Refinitiv product. Refinitiv Sales Team will be happy to help you select the product that is the best fit for your specific use case.
