Hi @b.maskova
I have checked the data output screenshot you sent me.
As pointed out by the Elektron team, the data is published as they receive it from the vendor/exchange - Elektron does not transform the data.
Likewise, our real-time APIs are also content-neutral and would pass on the data as they receive it from the server.
You have posted this in the Eikon DATA API forum, but looking at the offline email trail, it would appear that you are not using the Eikon Data API?
If you can advise which API you are using and language, and possibly provide a code snippet as requested above - we may be able to make some suggestions - although these would almost certainly involve standard programming techniques in whatever language you are using to convert the fraction to decimal - and not anything Refinitiv specific.
Please provide an example code snippet and example output to demonstrate what you are receiving - with field names etc.
Chances are, the data is the format it is being received by Refinitiv from 3rd party vendors or contributors and you may well have to do the conversion using standard python code.
However, we can get a better idea once you share the above. Thanks.
Hi @b.maskova ,
Can you confirm if you are retrieving data using Eikon Excel or using Python? And can you share a sample data here? If you are using Python, can you also share the sample code?
@umer.nalla Thank you for your response. Would it be possible to contact you via email?
