You can use the 'TR.ClosePrice' field:

df, err = ek.get_data(['NSR.TO'], ['TR.ClosePrice','TR.ClosePrice.date'],
                     parameters = {'SDate':'2019-12-31'})
df

The best tool to help you arrive at this is the Data Item Browser within the desktop application.
