SDC custom file failure

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with saving/opening custom files for SDC Platinum. Whenever I tried to save or open a custom file, the following error messages popped out.

Could anyone help with this?

Please let me know the product that you are using.

According to the error, it looks like to be a permission issue. You may need to contact your Administrator to verify what the problem is.

Hi Jirapongse,

Thanks for the response. I'm using the LSEG Refinitiv Workspace version Desktop 1.26.312, there was no such problem when I accessed SDC Platinum last time a month ago. I'm seeing error when trying to access a custom template on my local device, even when I opened the Workspace app with an system Admin account.

Here are some system test results:

Could my problem be caused by the Disk Write Permission error? If so, how could I grant Refinitiv the access to the folder?
