Tokyo stock RICs missing in bulk quotes file

Hi, I noticed that in recent bulk quotes files the following Tokyo RICs aren't present: 2374.T, 3415.T, 7419.T. I checked with the exchange and all three are trading. I found them in some bulk quote files from July, but not since. Here're the permids they used to have:

2374.T -> 1-55834880351;

3415.T -> 1-21568704122;

7419.T -> 1-55838790988.

These are all ordinary share listings, so I don't understand why they are missing. Any idea?
