for all US firms from 2000 to 2021?

Also you can use country of incorporation as USA as well.
In case you have access to Datastream we have active and DEAD lists for each market. So, you could use these lists to fetch active and DEAD companies as well. Please use data type ISIN to get ISIN code. Sample DFO formula is like below. Once have ISIN codes from Datastream you could use those to pull Eikon field as well.
