Automatic shutdown or connection problems

If you don't work on eikon over the weekend,
There is a problem with eikon disconnection or shutting down.
I wonder what it is about and how it can be prevented.

It could relate to sleep mode on a Windows machine, as mentioned in this discussion.

When a machine enters sleep mode, the network may be disconnected.

Otherwise, you can contact the Eikon support team directly via MyRefintiv to verify Eikon's settings.
