Login into AppKey Generator

Hi we are trying to login into https://amers1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com/apps/AppkeyGenerator but is not successful and we don't receive the Welcome Email, we are trying the same account and password that we are using to login in Eikon Messenger.

This account needs and special permission, we need to create an AppKey urgently to deploy an Messenger Bot integration.

I got an update from the original poster that the AppKey is successfully generated.

We're sorry that you have been facing this issue.

Could you please provide the error message/behavior you got when you were trying to log in to generate the app key for further investigation?

And have you been able to successfully log in to Eikon Desktop and Messenger app

We are facing a login issue, after further research I know that the https://amers1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com/apps/AppkeyGenerator is only for users with Eikon access.microsoftteams-image.png

In the BOT documentation Messenger Bot API I found that we have to create the App Key from apidocs.edp.lseg.com but the site is unavailable.

Do you know what is the correct link?
