Getting inconsistent results in DSS API data vs web

I am getting inconsistent result from the DSS web vs in DSS Eikon python API in Windows 11. BOS ChainsRic returns prices in DSS site but getting error message in API ( Invalid Identifier Type: ChainRic, Identifier: 0#B0S: )

Much apprecaited if anyone offer help.

@scheung01 please could you try ChainRic instead as value: ChainRIC? I think it is likely case-sensitive:screenshot.png
