Why does Eikon return only null values for TR.RECOVERYRATE?

I am trying to find the recovery rate for a list of public bonds. While Eikon has this field available, TR.RECOVERYRATE, it returns only null values.

For instance, US539439AR07 returns a null value for the recovery rate.

Is recovery rate not usually available for public bonds? If not, does Eikon have other fields I can use to estimate the recovery rate?

Hi @APlummer ,

The moderators on this forum are expertise on Refinitiv APIs usage. However, they do not have deep expertise in every type of content available through Refinitiv products. Such expertise is available through Refinitiv Helpdesk, which can be reached via MyRefinitiv. To be of help, ticket number 12100423 was raised on your behalf and the support team is going to contact you soon to assist with this.

Hope this helps and please let me know in case you have any further questions
