Active logins to the DSS REST API

Hello,

we have couple of questions for REST API (DSS)

  1. Is there a limitation for number of active logins to the DSS REST API?
  2. Assuming two active sessions for the same user/account, does that in any way effect the number of RICs possible to query for each session?
  3. Does an active session with a valid session token (24 hours) gets effected if the user account for some reason is blocked?”

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As I know, there is no limitation on the number of active tokens. There is a limitation on the number of requests per time period, as mentioned in the DataScope Select Best Practices & Fair Usage Policy.

The number of items is limited in the report templates, as mentioned in Extraction Limits by Report Template. However, the total number of items is counted toward the DSS account.

Regarding the blocked account, please contact the Datascope Select support team directly via MyRefinitiv to verify the behavior.
