RTO EMA: "No matching service present" and "Service for this item was lost"

May I know the meaning of "No matching service present" and "Service for this item was lost"?

And the possible condition to lead to these errors.

Hi @Frederic ,

I got advice from my teammate that this error indicated that

The service (ELEKTRON_DD) may be down or the server may remove this service. The user can enable tracing in the API and then contact the RDC team to investigate the trace file.

The server may send the service directory update messages that cause these errors.

Plus, The state of the items is Open/Suspect which means that the API will recover the items when the service becomes available.
