Hi,

do you have any idea,why got the above named error from following function:

def get_ts():

import eikon as ek

import pandas as pd

ek_app_key='XY'

ek.set_app_key(ek_app_key)

ticker=['ALVG.DE','BMWG.DE']

start_date='2023-04-24T09:01:00'

end_date='2023-04-24-24T09:15:00'

interval='tick'

df=ek.get_timeseries(ticker,start_date,end_date,interval)

@sschneider

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can use the help(ek.get_timeseries) command to verify how to use the get_timeseries method.

get_timeseries(rics, fields=None, start_date=None, end_date=None, interval=None, count=None, calendar=None, corax=None, normalize=False, raw_output=False, debug=False)

You need to specify fields after rics so the code should look like this.

ticker=['ALVG.DE','BMWG.DE']
start_date='2023-04-24T09:01:00'
end_date='2023-04-24-24T09:15:00'
interval='tick'
df=ek.get_timeseries(ticker,None,start_date,end_date,interval, normalize=True)
print(df)

The output is:

I hope that this information is of help.
