Understanding supported connectivity for Refinitiv Data Platform Library for .Net with REDI 2.0 and Workspace running at same time

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue connecting Refinitiv Data Library for .Net when the user has both Workspace and REDI 2.0. When both are running on user's computer, the library is unable to retrieve streaming prices.

We are trying to understand the cause of this issue and the supported configuration. Our suspected cause is that both REDI 2.0 and Workspace are conflicting or confusing the library's DAPI authentication to RDP. Is this possible? Is there other possible causes we should explore?

Thank you,
Nick

Hi @Nick.Straatsma

The REDI streaming server utilizes an alternative streaming capability to retrieve streaming data. Refer to example: Example.DataLibrary.DotNet/3.1.11-Streaming-TradingAnalytics.cs at main · Refinitiv-API-Samples/Example.DataLibrary.DotNet · GitHub.
