How will I get the welcome email that contains credentials to access the API?

Hi. I am new here. I created an account on the Developer's community. I need to access the ESG data for which I will need the welcome email that contains my credentials like machine id, user id etc. what are the next steps to get the welcome email?

To get access to an API, please contact the sales team at Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance - ESG - Request details.
