Multiple Refinitiv Workspace instances

Hello,

I was wondering why so many workspaces were running in the context of one file.

Is it possible that closing/reopening the file is the source of this issue? Is this really a performance problem?

Is it manageable?

This user's email used to registered to the portal is koloka3976@tipent.com, which seems to be suspicious (check against ipqualityscore.com)
