Unfortunately, MyRefinitiv does not support ticket creation via the API.

@Jirapongse Thanks for quick response , Currently we are creating support ticket using Myrefinitiv only but we want to integrate Support ticket creation process with our application hence looking for API/Webservice details , Please share the details if available
