I want to use DSS REST api. But for that I need an user account. What is the procedure for first time user?

To get the access you need to talk to your Account Manager. If you already have access, you can check our API page for the qucikstart, tutorials and the documentation:

@aramyan.h Internal user, have reached out to Noorul Amin via Teams and provided the url for the internal process, which is different to the external one via the Account Manager.
