How to subscribe to the Real-time test environment

Hi,

I have a service and subscription template for collecting data from the Refinitiv Real-time Test Environment. I would like to collect RIC SFTP62.NS from the test enviornment using service id ELEKTRON_ETE. However, when I attempt this, I get the below response:

{"subscription_key":{"service_id":"ELEKTRON_ETE","name":"SFTP62.NS","domain":"RSSL_DMT_MARKET_PRICE","stream_id":13,"pathway_source":"old"},"rssl_state":"State: Closed/Suspect/Source unknown - text: \"A18: Unknown service.\"","reason":"Unknown"}

What service id should I be using? Or is there something else wrong with the attempted subscription? I think this used to work but suspect we missed an update some time ago.

Hello @matt.croall,

The error message indicates that the service name - ELEKTRON_ETE is not defined in your market data system. Typically, this service name is ELEKTRON_DD, but your admin could configure it to a different name. Please reach out to whosoever manages your MDS and ask them for the correct service name.
