As a developer, one way that is very straightforward is to subscriber to RIC "LIBOR"
which is top level reference for LIBOR instruments, and follow through the reference data to the data you are interested in.
Alternatively, you can search for RIC using the RIC Search Tool:

Hi! I as well need to fetch historical LIBOR 3M CHF, but actually don't know where to start.
I went to the RIC Search Tool but there are no results for "libor":

How shall we now find the proper API?
First, please verify the product that you are using. If you are using a desktop application (Eikon or Workspace), you can retrieve the historical via the chart app, Excel, or APIs.
The APIs are Refintiiv Data Libraries.
