Deletions are mostly useful for use cases when the news is displayed on a news portal. Be sure to have a license with Thomson Reuters for this specific use case. Modifications to the headline, story, or metadata can signal changes to previous programmatic responses to that news...or when displaying news, it should overwrite a previous version of that news.
