EMA version on RH9

Our developer needs an EMA version on RH9 for application development. We have downloaded the EMA package (Real-Time-SDK-2.1.3.E1.linux.zip) from Refinitiv developer site on Jan-2024.

Please advise whether this package is RH9 compatible. If there is a EMA package for RH9, please kindly advise the link for download.
