RDP API HVMI Dashboard Endpoint: empty output even I see data in HVMI Frontend

We are using HVMI both in Workspace and via RDP API Endpoints.

The problem is:

When I check frontend for my user, I see some data under Dashboard tab:

When I try to call that data via RDP API Endpoint, I am getting empty dashboard:

"Portfolios": []

}

Could you please support on it? Any reason why it happens? Is it possible to fix it?

I just tried the same request using my ID and did receive some data.

This tells me that you may not have the proper permissions to access the above with your ID or there is an issue with the access. As @m.bunkowski, this may be an issue - whether it is with permission settings (or other) that should work. You can confirm with the open ticket and certainly point to the answers provided within this thread to confirm exactly what the issue is.

I would suggest you reach out to the helpdesk and select one of the content-related items as your issue. In your request, you should include the ID you are using when accessing the RDP API endpoint. They can confirm your permissions and if needed, bring in those responsible for the backend service to explain what may be happening.

I've opened a ticket again within the Helpdesk (Case: 13534757).

Depending on the nature of the question, they do sometimes send users back to the Developer Q&A when they see terms like API. They should contact you and may need to ask for your ID. I did include a link to this question as well.

What would be more helpful is for you to provide the exact endpoint you are using and the specific request parameters. I can certainly try to access the exact same request in the meantime. Thanks.
