Is there a way to create a private stream without going through ADS, via EWA?

Another way of saying the same: how to use EWA to send RWF/RSSL, without having to make connection to ADS first?

Hi @jun.ma. No, you can't. EWA supports a connection with the ADS server only. You need the ADS WebSocket to let EWA sends any OMM messages (in JSON format) to the TREP infrastructure.

Please post the EWA question in the TREP APIs/CAT forum, not the Eikon Scripting API. EWA is not a part of Eikon.
