How many TRKD category have used the Document ID, EVEN ID and STORY ID?
for instance : NEWS, STREEN EVENTS, what else categories use this ID function to retrieve detail data.

If I understand correctly, I think you are looking for a list of interfaces that support lookup by some sort of ID. We don't have a formalized list that shows this, but if you look at the documentation you can search for the interfaces that specifies the ID you are looking for.

A quick search resulted the following. This isn't a complete list but it might help.
- Document ID is used in the Doc Search, Document Retrieval, Snapshot Content Retrieval services
- Event ID is used in the Street Events service
- Story ID is used in the News service
