Why do TR.CurrEVEBITDALFY and TR.HistEnterpriseValueEBITDA differ?

Hello, I was wondering, if the TR.CurrEVEBITDALFY is the current enterprise value divided by the EBITDA of the last fiscal year, why does it differ from the TR.HistEnterprisevalueEBITDA with input parameter FY0. Shouldnt they be exactly the same since they both represent the EV/EBITDA for the last fiscal year?
