We are upgrading our server as part of evergreen. While the old server has no issue to access the datastream web api
But when we switch to new servers, the connection is failed. So is there any firewall/white list setup from thomson reuter's side?
I suggest you raise this question to TR Datastream product support through the Helpdesk. Follow the link below, click on Product Support, then on the right hand side under Product click on "I need help with an installation or upgrade". From Select Product drop-down choose Datastream Webservice.
