Can you please provide a sample URI for doing an organization entity lookup using it's permID?

I am receiving a status code of 404 for both of the following URI's:

https://api.thomsonreuters.com/permid/1-5030853586

https://api.thomsonreuters.com/permid/lookup/1-5030853586

permid-apiintelligent-tagging-apiopen-permid-apientity

@john.reynolds, Does the problem still persist? I've tried to access both links and got responses, which indicates that the server UP and active.
