I can not register the first time log on

I'm afraid it's not clear to me where and how you get this error.
If you're having a problem performing first time login into Eikon, please contact Thomson Reuters Helpdesk for assistance.

If you're having a problem with something else, please include the details of the issue and the replication procedure.
I've followed the service cloud cases submitted by Kenneth Fung which are as follows:

- 06820349 Cannot log in to the Developers site. (Date/Time Opened 08/08/2018 18:28)

Strangely, none of them relates to this question.
