I develop with EMA(C++)

I get some errors shown as follows

I want to know what cause this error?

The message was generated by Infra or Elektron Edge Server you are connecting to. It could be some change with the RIC you mentioned so it dropped from the network. EMA just receive the message and status from the feed.

Please contact Elektron support team to investigate the issue further. You can open a new case to the team by using My Refinitiv
