How to query mostly read news for a certain ticker via Eikon API?

I'd like to retrieve headline of mostly read news within a certain period for a given RIC. Eikon provides such functionality to filter Most Read for past 24 hours. Is there a way to achieve the same via Python API?

According to the document on this url, it is not possible to query news headline base on most read.
