Development environment access

I received a number of welcome emails for machine accounts associated with a development environment. ( ie. GE-A-XXXXXX )

Are their instructions on how I can connect to these from the API?

The machine accounts can be used to retrieve real-time data from Elektron Real-time In Cloud(ERT in Cloud).
