The sftp address:sftpglobal.world-check.com just expired and without alert email

Hi there, we set up the sftp which address:"sftpglobal.world-check.com" to download the worldcheck list from 2018/12/04, but the sftp show error after 2019/08/04, did the server been closed on 2019/08/04? but we didn't receive any information that the sftp will be closed?
